- You are responsible for taking delivery of the package or collecting and signing for it at postal depot. If delivery agent cannot get a signature for delivery it will eventually return the package to Luluna. Any refund on the item will be less the cost of shipping and any charges levied for returning the item to me including customs/import charges. Any repeat shipping will be charged to the buyer.

* Faster UK delivery.
- Royal Mail first class with signed for delivery (1-3 business days from date of shipping) is additional £2.50.

* For overseas shipping I recommend an upgrade to tracked shipping, where not included. This is your choice, however please note the insurance terms.

* Insurance: basic postal insurance may not cover full cost of item, and any claims for loss or damage will be only up to the insured cost of the shipping you chose, NOT necessarily the price you paid for the item: please ask if you wish to buy extra insurance.
